We are an independent, family run business, with all the partners born & bred Tivertonians. The business was founded in 1966 by Len Watts and his wife, Dinah. Their sons Michael & Robin joined in 1975 & 1978 respectively and were joined by their daughter Lynn in 1999, all having lived & breathed the business from an early age. Robin’s son Simon joined in 2006, taking the business into a third generation and all continue to be “Passionate about property”.
Since 1966 we have been providing an honest and ethical personal Estate Agency service to the Mid Devon area using traditional values but with the advantage of the latest technology, including e-mail and text alerts, together with Team’s unique multi-listing system to ensure sellers get the widest possible marketing and buyers are offered the widest choice of properties available.
